The outside box was in great shape, but the individual boxes inside looked as if they'd all been kicked around. The product works fine despite this so I guess this is ok. Chose this brand specifically based on price of these refills. They are the best bang for the buck (others have cheaper dispensers but the refills are priced far higher) in terms of refill.

This soap always come to me as if it has been sitting on the shelf for 10 years. The boxes are opened and beat up! This however, does not affect the product which we love and use in our soap dispensers in the office. I just wish the warehouse would pack them better or store them better..........I never want to fool with a return and this is twice they have come like that so, I feel they will all be that way. Hope not in the future though!!!!!!
